Tips on Applying Falsies
- Allow the glue to become tacky. This is the single most important tip so the lash does not slide around. Follow directions on the glue packaging.
- Stretch your lid. This is a personal secret I use when applying on myself. This allows me to be a little more aggressive and especially more precise with placement.
- Use tweezers. When applying lashes on clients I never use tweezers, however, on myself you bet it makes life easier. Clunky fingers block off too much vision when looking into the mirror.
- Trim your lashes before applying. This ensures you're achieving the look you want.
- Finish with mascara. Specifically, use the mascara as a paste to push your natural lash into the falsie - this helps ensure a seamless effect.
- Curl your lashes with the falsie. This further ensures a seamless effect. NOTE: If you naturally have straight lashes curl lashes before apply your falsie.
- Happy falsies!
